March 2014

Here are a few pictures of the fun things we did in March:

We hiked the wind caves on a beautiful Saturday. We brought Nathan and Nicole Graff with us and had a fun time.

Noah dominated at the 3rd and 4th grade field day! He threw the softball the farthest of anyone that day, and he also was the last one of his class to survive the high jump. He cleared 3'2".
We had a picnic one Friday night at Riverview Park. It's an awesome park and we again enjoyed some great weather that night!

Cub Scout day camp took place at President Killian's farm... pack 386 from the Superstition Springs ward made up about 1/3 - 1/2 of the boys there.

The boys got to rotate through 6 different sessions between Friday night and Saturday morning. Noah's favorite station was the rocket station...

Noah's rocket launched further than anyone's and actually landed over the fence, meaning he didn't get to launch his as many times as everyone else. But he still had fun!
The theme of cub scout day camp was "I have the power" and Noah got to learn about all types of power... scripture power, rocket power, rescue power (hiking & first aid), nature's power, ultimate power (ultimate frisbee), and SUPER HERO power (obstacle course). It was a great few days of day camp and here is Noah posing as a Cub Scout super hero!
