October 2014

October was an exciting month for Noah! We have a lot of pictures to prove it...
First, we had a fun night out with cousins at Venezia's Pizza while the dads went to the Priesthood session!

We took a trip to Castles & Coasters during October Break. It was just mom, Suzanne, Ellie, Noah, Sophie and Abby. We had so much fun, the weather was pretty nice, and there weren't any lines all day long!

Day 2 of October Break was spent at the Phoenix Zoo. It was awesome to take Abby for the first time and for Russ to be able to join us.

(we didn't purchase the pictures they took of us at the entrance so here are the "proofs")

Noah had a fun time at the "stake family vacation" he went to with the Cummards during the last part of October Break. Grandma, Poppy, and Riggs were also there so he was in good company.

We've been spending a few hours every Saturday watching Noah play flag football... he is a great player and his team has won all but one game so far!

We also took a tour of the new Phoenix temple this month!

Cute picture of grandma, poppy, and all their grandkids!

Noah turned 10 and got a dirtbike for his birthday!! He was so happy.

We made cinnamon rolls for his birthday breakfast...
... and then took him his favorite food for lunch: Panda Express!

Noah plays volleyball and had his first game after school on his birthday.

This year we did a combined birthday party for Noah and Sophie, to celebrate their 10th birthdays. They each got to invite 5 people and we left it up to them who they invited. They both chose 2 friends and the rest cousins. Noah invited: his friends Louis and Wyatt, and cousins Riggs, Jax, and Chad.

Noah passed off a goal in his "Faith in God" book by planning and preparing a meal. He sat down with mom to plan what we would have for dinner, made a list of the groceries we would need, and then helped mom prepare it. Of course he chose Chinese food! He did a good job.

Riding his new dirtbike in a park by our house...
Most of Noah's volleyball team (missing the 2 twin girls he likes!)

Halloween night: Cleopatra, Panda Bear, and a Military Man

We spent Halloween night at Grandma & Poppy's house (as usual). Noah and Ellie didn't even care to go trick or treating but instead passed out candy all night.

Cutest cousins: Cinderella, Cleopatra, Prince Charming, a Military Man, a Loofah, and a Panda Bear.
